RETURNS
You only can return this item for any Quality reason within 7 days of delivery, however, please note that this item can be returned for either:
(i) The return delivery charges will be applied to you .
(ii) A refund of 80% of the item’s purchase price (not including delivery charges) as a 20% Restocking Fee applies.
What is the restocking fee?
If you decide to return a product that is not faulty, we will charge 20% restocking fee of the sale price.
Return shipping fee:
Any shipping costs paid by you or charged to you are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Trailers Star will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be fully processed. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
